About the role

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions in Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet business requirements.
  • Implement new features, workflows, and integrations in ClaimCenter using GOSU, Java, and Guidewire configuration tools.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure functional and technical alignment.
  • Develop and maintain integration components using SOAP/REST APIs and messaging frameworks.
  • Participate in unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning for Guidewire components.
  • Support deployment, post-production issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and Exavalu’s delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total IT experience, with 2+ years of strong hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation or support.
  • Proficiency in GOSU scripting, Guidewire Configuration, and Integration Development.
  • Strong understanding of ClaimCenter Data Model, Entities, and Workflows.
  • Experience with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, JSON, and Messaging.
  • Familiarity with Java/J2EE, SQL, and database design concepts.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims processes and P&C insurance domain.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and version control tools like Git/JIRA.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
