About the role
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial planning to launch and post-launch analysis
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product initiatives, ensuring alignment and clear communication across engineering, product, operations, and other stakeholders
- Plan and conduct release management and product grooming ceremonies with operations stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and obstacles, developing mitigation strategies to keep programs on track
- Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Understand product architectures and dependencies to support informed discussions and technical decision-making
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management
- 5+ years working closely with technology teams, ideally in healthcare or product-related environments
- Proven success in launching new products with engineering and product teams
- Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks
- Technical expertise in conducting data analysis and using technical tools
- Ability to interpret system architectures and dependencies across platforms, software, and data science
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Advanced English level (spoken and written)
