About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data sources, design mappings, and define transformations
  • Translate business needs into ETL requirements and build end-to-end data integration solutions
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SSIS packages, ensuring proper storage and documentation of provisioning scripts
  • Optimize and monitor data integration processes for scalability, robustness, and performance
  • Contribute to key initiatives that shape global supply chain operations
  • Work with multicultural/global teams as part of EX Squared LATAM partnership with a leading supply chain company

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on expertise in SSIS and SQL
  • Proven experience implementing SSIS packages and documenting provisioning scripts
  • Solid background in data integration/ETL across multiple tools, considering velocity, variety, veracity, and volume
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion (nice-to-have, highly valued)
  • Knowledge of supply chain software as source/target systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ETL or data platforms (nice to have)
  • Ability/willingness to work hybrid: 3 days per week on-site in Mexico City
