About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and optimize SEO and paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Manage workflows, lead tracking, and campaign automations inside GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to drive organic growth.
  • Implement and refine on-page SEO initiatives — meta optimization, internal linking, content structure.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings and Local SEO strategies for Canadian markets.
  • Build and deliver clear, actionable KPI reports for internal team and client review (traffic, rankings, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
  • Implement and validate tracking setups: pixels, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion events.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay current on SEO algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes, and emerging AEO/GEO best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in SEO, paid media, or digital marketing operations — agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is mandatory — pipeline management, automations, and lead tracking.
  • Solid command of on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, keyword research, local SEO, and link building.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns — from setup through optimization and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, campaign reporting, and KPI analysis.
  • Working knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience optimizing Google Business Profiles and citation strategies for North American markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — able to present results clearly to non-technical clients.
  • High attention to detail: nothing slips through the cracks across campaigns, budgets, or deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset: decisions are grounded in performance data, not assumptions.
  • Curiosity and genuine willingness to learn and apply emerging AI and search technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
