About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
Identify project dependencies and proactively manage risks and cascading impacts.
Define, manage, and optimize project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to ensure efficient execution.
Drive communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical, creative, financial, and client teams.
Oversee team performance, utilization, and resource planning across projects.
Manage project financials, including estimation, budgeting, and profitability.
Partner with leadership to define resourcing strategies and support project scalability.
Implement and optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in project management within agency, consulting, or similar environments.
Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping to delivery.
Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, or MS Teams.
Experience applying and adapting methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or Kanban.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage trade-offs effectively.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing interactions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
