About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and web projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee project execution, identifying dependencies and proactively managing risks and delays
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different locations to ensure efficient and aligned delivery
  • Drive communication and processes to ensure visibility and alignment across teams
  • Monitor team utilization, bandwidth, and performance to optimize efficiency across projects
  • Manage project financials, including estimation, planning, and profitability
  • Partner with leadership and finance teams to align resourcing and project strategy

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in project management within digital, CRM, or marketing agency environments
  • Strong experience managing digital/web projects and working with internet technologies
  • Experience in program and project management, including Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of program planning practices such as Program Increment Planning
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and client relationships
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including Information Architecture, SEO, CMS, Analytics, and social media
  • Experience in resource management and allocation across projects and workstreams
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and architecture concepts
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript) and object-oriented programming (.NET is a plus)
  • Experience with databases such as SQL or MySQL
  • Understanding of source control and continuous integration practices
  • Advanced English level
