About the role

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and SQL Server
Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
Contribute to the design and evolution of microservices-based architectures
Actively participate in technical design, planning, estimation, and delivery tracking
Lead technically development teams or cells, guiding architectural and implementation decisions
Support teams working in high-demand contexts, including environments with significant technical debt
Drive the evolution of legacy systems while contributing to new architectural initiatives
Apply and promote design patterns, clean code practices, and software engineering best practices
Collaborate closely with product, QA, and other engineering stakeholders in Agile (Scrum) environments
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong Full Stack focus
Solid hands-on experience with: .NET Core and C#, Angular 11, and SQL Server (advanced level)
Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Strong understanding of microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
Solid knowledge of software design patterns and clean architecture principles
Experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Intermediate English level for technical communication
Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance of development teams
Experience modernizing or refactoring legacy systems
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in enterprise-scale or high-traffic systems
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
