About the role
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technical and product initiatives, from planning through release
- Partner closely with Product Managers to execute roadmap priorities
- Work with Engineering and Data teams to manage technical dependencies and delivery risks
- Facilitate delivery planning, backlog readiness, and release coordination
- Support decision-making around scope, timelines, and technical constraints
- Identify execution risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across product, technical, and operational stakeholders
- Provide delivery visibility through status updates, risks, and dependency tracking
- Continuously improve delivery practices as product teams scale
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Technical Program Management, or Technical Project Management roles
- Strong experience working closely with engineering and product teams
- Proven background delivering software-based products or platforms
- Experience managing delivery across multiple teams and complex initiatives
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- Ability to translate product goals into clear delivery and execution plans
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including executive-level interactions
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Comfortable engaging in technical conversations related to system integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies
- Experience working with modern software environments, including cloud-based systems and data platforms
