About the role
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, and Python
- Build and maintain scalable APIs and data models using SQL and ORM tools
- Drive technical decision-making while balancing business and architectural needs
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Stay current with emerging tools and AI-driven development practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- At least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
- Experience with SQL databases, ORM tools, and GraphQL
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical teams
- Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments
- Availability to collaborate during core hours (EST)
