About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple open roles.
  • Review and screen candidates using resumes, pre-screening questions, and job boards.
  • Conduct initial interviews via video calls.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with the client, HR, and internal teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support candidates during early onboarding stages until handoff to HR.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, pipelines, and hiring activity.
  • Help standardize job descriptions, screening criteria, and recruiting workflows.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time to fill, pipeline status, and hiring volume.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced English level (spoken and written).
  • Experience using job boards (Indeed preferred) and ATS or candidate tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily recruiting activities.
