About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple open roles.
- Review and screen candidates using resumes, pre-screening questions, and job boards.
- Conduct initial interviews via video calls.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Partner closely with the client, HR, and internal teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support candidates during early onboarding stages until handoff to HR.
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, pipelines, and hiring activity.
- Help standardize job descriptions, screening criteria, and recruiting workflows.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time to fill, pipeline status, and hiring volume.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Experience using job boards (Indeed preferred) and ATS or candidate tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily recruiting activities.
