About the role
- Manage and optimize Mercado Libre Ads campaigns: Set up campaigns, structure ad groups, manage bids, adjust pacing, and ensure correct delivery.
- Troubleshoot platform issues: Identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, or technical challenges inside Meli Ads.
- Analyze performance & propose improvements: Review data daily, spot trends, optimize based on KPIs, and support reporting.
- Ensure operational excellence: QA builds, validate tagging requirements, maintain accuracy, and follow best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team: Coordinate with internal leads to support planning inputs and maintain seamless execution.
- Support continuous learning: Participate in training sessions and help integrate improvements into internal workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience operating Mercado Libre Ads (México) — required.
- Advanced English level (C1).
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, segmentation, pacing, delivery, and bidding.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues directly inside the platform.
- Experience working with KPIs, performance dashboards, and optimization levers.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with clients or agencies is a plus, but not required.
