About the role
- Design high-quality visuals for websites, digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media channels
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with strategic goals and brand guidelines
- Create graphic assets for both digital and print use (banners, presentations, infographics, brochures, etc.)
- Work with motion or interactive design when required to enhance user engagement
- Optimize designs for performance and responsiveness across different devices and formats
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in visual communication
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time with a strong eye for detail.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and how design impacts user experience
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and creative problem-solving mindset
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) — able to participate confidently in design discussions and present concepts to international teams.
