About the role
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Manage sprint goals, backlog health, and team velocity to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements, define priorities, and manage trade-offs
- Track project progress, dependencies, and risks, proactively removing blockers and enabling team success
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support the engineering team in adopting best practices around SDLC, DevOps, and agile delivery
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
- Use metrics and agile dashboards (Jira, Confluence) to promote visibility and data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software delivery or project management roles
- 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting software development teams
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to understand technical discussions, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and agile metrics to manage delivery
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (advanced level required)
- Experience working in distributed or multicultural teams
