About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce CRM solutions across Service Cloud and other key Salesforce products
- Participate in the full development lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to testing, deployment, and documentation
- Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business needs into reliable, high-performance technical solutions
- Build modern Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integration APIs
- Work with SFDX and multi-sandbox environments, ensuring version-controlled development with Git
- Partner with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automated testing within Salesforce environments
- Ensure quality and maintainability through code reviews, technical documentation, and shared best practices
- Contribute to an agile, collaborative culture focused on innovation and problem-solving
- Mentor and support other developers as part of a growing, high-performing Salesforce team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Service Cloud or similar)
- Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and API integrations
- Experience with SFDX, Git, and multi-sandbox or package-based development models
- Understanding of CI/CD principles, automated testing, and agile delivery practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams
- Advanced English level — written and spoken communication.
