About the role

  • You take ownership of the sales process end-to-end.
  • Our solutions are complex — you advise, analyze, and conduct C-level discussions with technical expertise and a persuasive sales presence.
  • Build and maintain your own pipeline through outbound and inbound activities, as well as social media, events, and trade shows.
  • You conduct remote presentations for decision-makers with a focus on process benefits.
  • You bring customer feedback directly to our development team.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, application managers, and the project team.

Requirements

  • A university degree or commercial vocational training.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in an IT/SaaS environment or in digitalization/process automation.
  • Proven sales success in the SaaS space.
  • Strong communication skills, a closing orientation, and a passion for consultative selling.
  • Excellent German (C2) and good English (B2).
