What you’ll need

  • Experience with continuous improvement, impediment management, and metric tracking
  • Technical knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in IT operations is a plus
  • Scrum Master, CSP, or equivalent certification
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
  • Hybrid work arrangement, three days per week in Indaiatuba, São Paulo
  • Work arrangement: Independent contractor (PJ)
