Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct technical assessments of Salesforce environments
Perform analyses of architecture, code, automations, data model, permissions, and integrations
Identify risks and opportunities for improvement
Consolidate technical diagnoses
Support the definition of recommendations
Deliver the final project report

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Salesforce, including Apex, SOQL, Triggers, and Service Classes
Experience analyzing Flows and Process Builder automations
Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Experience with integrations using Named Credentials, Apex callouts, REST, and SOAP
Familiarity with SFDX, Bitbucket, and deployment strategies across environments
Experience with OWD, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets
Experience integrating with ERPs via middleware
Knowledge of Manufacturing Cloud and Partner Community
Soft skill: Collaborative team player
Strong communication skills and proactivity
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
