About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act in supporting and managing the financial demands of operations in Latin America
Conduct analysis, investigation, and resolution of incidents related to the SAP FI module
Support financial area initiatives and projects
Coordinate complex topics among internal teams, clients, and partners
Ensure follow-through on activities until completion
Organize requests, manage priorities, and maintain effective communication with leadership and other stakeholders involved.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as an SAP FI Manager or in leadership positions related to the SAP FI module
Hands-on knowledge of SAP FI, with the ability to analyze, investigate, monitor incidents, and drive improvements
Experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and vendors in complex environments
Project management experience, organizing requests, and setting priorities
Soft skill: Collaborative team player
Good communication skills and proactivity
Sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
