  • Experience creating data policies, standards, and best practices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Collaborative profile and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proactive in driving initiatives and promoting a data culture
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
