About the role

  • Seeking a QA (Chatbot) to work on the validation and quality assurance of conversational solutions
  • Responsible for testing chatbot flows, ensuring the correct functioning of conversational journeys, integrations, and business rules
  • Validate bots integrated with digital channels, with a special focus on WhatsApp and chatbot platforms
  • Ensure the quality of interactions, responses, and user experiences
  • Execute functional tests, validate integrations via APIs, and identify inconsistencies in conversational flows
  • Support the continuous improvement of solutions
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Experience testing chatbots or conversational solutions
  • Proven experience validating conversational flows and support/journey processes
  • Experience testing on digital channels, preferably WhatsApp
  • Knowledge of API testing (REST)
  • Experience creating and executing test cases and producing test evidence
  • Soft skill: collaborative team player
  • Good communication skills and proactivity
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
