About the role

  • Manage the delivery of IT initiatives focused on ITSM on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Plan, estimate, manage risks, and control scope.
  • Ensure alignment with PMBOK and business objectives.
  • Coordinate technical teams and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) using ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in Program and Project Management.
  • Experience in estimating, planning, risk management, scope management, and applying the PMBOK® Guide.
  • Knowledge of APIs (Scripted REST API) and scripting in ServiceNow (Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules).
  • Experience with Workflow, Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and script usage.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow (ACLs, UI Policies, tables and views).
