About the role
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring correct application of Scrum, and promoting continuous improvement of processes and the team.
- Support communication and integration among multidisciplinary and global teams by removing impediments and ensuring an efficient delivery flow.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with software development processes
- Advanced English for communication with global teams and documentation
- Knowledge of SAP (a plus)
- Soft skills: strong, clear, and assertive communication
- Ability to facilitate and lead group sessions
- Capacity to mediate and resolve conflicts
