Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience operating as an Enterprise or Principal Architect within a complex organisation
Strong track record of defining and delivering enterprise architecture strategy
Experience leading and developing architecture teams
Deep understanding of architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and modern architecture practices
Expertise across cloud platforms, integration patterns, and enterprise systems
Ability to balance strategic vision with practical delivery considerations
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior level
Experience shaping technology roadmaps and aligning them to business outcomes
Collaborative, forward-thinking mindset focused on continuous improvement
