About the role
- Prepare gifts for B2B partners, press kits for media and influencers
- Plan and execute B2B events — from VIP parties and networking events to full-scale conference booths at ICE, SBC, Sigma
- Handle event logistics: venue scouting, vendor management, timelines, budgeting
- Coordinate on-site execution, guest experience, and branded merchandise
- Track and evaluate post-event performance and partner feedback
- Support and develop brand campaigns and activations, from ideation to execution
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video teams on content creation
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, event management, or creative project roles
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and partner communications
- Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach
- Experience in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry is a plus
- Fluent English is a must
