About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using modern .NET (Core 8).
Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications (.NET 4.8) towards newer architectures.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects to shape technical solutions.
Take full ownership of features — from implementation through to production support.
Investigate and resolve production issues with a clear understanding of business impact.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards.
Proactively report progress and risks to the Team Lead and Product Owner.
Occasional travel abroad — a few days every three months.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development (backend .NET + modern frontend)
Strong experience with C# and .NET (Core 8).
Experience in maintaining or modernizing .NET 4.8 legacy applications.
Solid understanding of REST API design principles.
Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server — queries, transactions, and performance tuning.
Practical exposure to frontend technologies — Angular 12+ or React.
