About the role
- Acquisition of greenfield and brownfield sites for logistics developments
- Active monitoring of national real estate markets and identification of attractive investment opportunities, particularly off-market
- Analysis and evaluation of investment offers aligned with strategy, with a special focus on asset quality and sustainable earnings potential
- Preparation and responsibility for coordinating due diligence and negotiating purchase agreements
- Preparation of decision papers and presentation to the investment committee
Requirements
- Several years of experience in investment and business development within the logistics asset class
- Strong and broad network with economic development agencies and municipalities, brokers, developers, buyers and sellers, and potential tenants (e.g., build-to-suit approaches)
- Openness and creativity toward new approaches for acquiring, developing, or converting properties into logistics projects
- Strong negotiation skills, confident presence, and self-initiative
- A person of integrity and persuasiveness with excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic and analytical thinking
- Business-fluent English
