About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support workforce capability through the coordination and administration of training programs, learning activities and compliance requirements.
- Help apprentices and trainees succeed by managing onboarding, documentation, travel arrangements and ongoing program support.
- Maintain high quality training records and reporting that enable leaders to effectively manage workforce competency and compliance.
- Contribute to the smooth delivery of training services through course scheduling, stakeholder coordination and system administration.
- Provide trusted administrative support that helps keep learning, development and business improvement initiatives running effectively across site.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in administration, training coordination, HR support or a similar business support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- A current Driver's Licence.
- Experience with SAP Business Systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, apprentice or trainee coordination, or a Certificate IV in Business Administration will be highly regarded.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Workplace Assessor Skill Set is also advantageous.
