About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Installing and repairing underground services on development headings
Setting up and maintaining ventilation systems, including building vent walls
Tensioning cables to support ground control and structural safety
Preparing production drill hole sites to support mining activities
Operating portable agitators as required
Spraying shotcrete to provide effective ground support
Identifying and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions
Maintaining safe work practices in line with site procedures and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous underground mining experience (preferred)
A current C‑class driver’s licence
A positive, safety‑focused attitude
The ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Strong communication skills and awareness of underground hazards
