Key responsibilities & impact

drive the effective delivery of daily drill and blast planning and execution across the sublevel cave
manage the daily 24-hour production schedule
monitor drill and charge compliance through QA/QC processes
monitor blasting execution and post‑blast performance
maintain health, safety and environmental standards across all projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

recognised degree in Mining, Geology or Geotechnical Engineering
full driver’s licence
experience in underground hard‑rock mining
strong technical capability in drill and blast or production related work
confident working with complex systems and data
proactive problem solver
