About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate mine designs and schedules that drive safe and efficient production outcomes
Support expanding underground operations at the Cowal Gold Operation
Collaborate with a growing team to increase production from 2.0Mt to 2.4Mt
Participate in multiple mining disciplines and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or a related discipline
2–5 years’ experience in underground mining (startup experience advantageous)
Familiarity with NSW regulatory frameworks and risk management practices
Proficiency in mine design software, ideally Deswik CAD and Interactive Scheduler
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
