About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the monthly management close by consolidating financial and operational data.
Prepare variance analyses (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual) with basic explanations of deviations.
Build reports and dashboards to track financial and operational KPIs.
Participate in the preparation of the monthly/quarterly forecast.
Support the preparation of the annual budget (inputs, data consolidation, and monitoring assumptions).
Perform analyses requested by business areas or FP&A leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, logical functions, pivot charts, XLOOKUP).
Interpretation of financial statements (Income Statement/P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
Structuring management reports and monitoring performance indicators.
Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting assumptions.
Ability to consolidate financial information from multiple areas.
Experience with ERPs (SAP, Totvs) is a plus.
Attention to detail and disciplined data handling.
Good communication (written and verbal) to present data clearly and concisely.
Analytical skills to turn data into meaningful insights.
