About the role

  • Support the monthly management close by consolidating financial and operational data.
  • Prepare variance analyses (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual) with basic explanations of deviations.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track financial and operational KPIs.
  • Participate in the preparation of the monthly/quarterly forecast.
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget (inputs, data consolidation, and monitoring assumptions).
  • Perform analyses requested by business areas or FP&A leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, logical functions, pivot charts, XLOOKUP).
  • Interpretation of financial statements (Income Statement/P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
  • Structuring management reports and monitoring performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting assumptions.
  • Ability to consolidate financial information from multiple areas.
  • Experience with ERPs (SAP, Totvs) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and disciplined data handling.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical skills to turn data into meaningful insights.
