About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Market Operations Analyst serves as a critical liaison between operational leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
This role is responsible for understanding business needs, translating operational challenges into documented, actionable requirements, and supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
The analyst will drive requirements management, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness activities to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
Lead requirements management activities including business requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and documentation standards.
Maintain business, workflow, and operational documentation to support process changes, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
Facilitate discovery sessions, working groups, and stakeholder discussions to document current and future-state processes.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and support delivery of strategic initiatives.
Manage business requirement document (BRD) deadlines with necessary tools for completion tracking and clearly identifying open items that need inputs from stakeholders.
Provide training to staff on need basis and act as a mentor for new team members.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
Experience translating complex operational processes into business requirements and process documentation within a healthcare or Medicaid environment
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Experience developing business requirements, process flows, and solution mockups.
Able to work independently and within a collaborative team environment with little guidance/supervision.
2+ years of computer skills, especially: Word, Excel, Miro, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
