The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key finance role responsible for overseeing the company’s budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow planning processes.
This role partners closely with leadership, revenue cycle, and department leaders to provide actionable financial insights that support growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability within a healthcare environment.
The Director will lead enterprise-wide financial planning processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive financial discipline across the organization while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
8–12+ years of progressive finance experience.
3–5+ years of leadership experience.
Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
Strong understanding of GAAP and healthcare regulatory environment.
Experience with BI platforms preferred.
