About the role
- Overseeing the company’s budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow planning processes.
- Partnering closely with leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
- Leading enterprise-wide financial planning processes and enhancing reporting capabilities.
- Developing financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Preparing executive-level reporting packages and delivering actionable commentary to senior leadership.
- Developing and maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience.
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and healthcare regulatory environment.
- Experience with BI platforms preferred.
