Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
12+ years in software engineering, with at least 7+ years in leadership roles managing large, distributed teams.
Technical expertise in Python, Spark, API development, Data Warehousing concepts, ETL patterns, SQL.
Deep understanding of cloud services and DevOps practices.
Healthcare domain knowledge, especially with medical claims, is strongly preferred.
Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
Strong background in software engineering, architecture, and system integration is preferred.
