About the role

Designing, implementing, and managing containerization solutions using platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes, with a strong focus on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Apps (ACA ).\n
Develop and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines ( CI/CD ) using GitHub.\n
Collaborate with the software development team to containerize existing applications and deploy them on Azure.\n
Automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized workloads on Azure.\n
Follow security best practice to ensure containerized workloads are fully secure.\n
Partner with SRE in advancing Infra as Code and Config as Code discipline.\n
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in containerization.\n
Thoroughly document processes and configurations related to containerization efforts.\n
Mentor other team members in microservice architecture and containers orchestration.

3+ years of hands-on Azure and 5+ years of overall cloud-native DevOps experience\n
Have a DevOps/SRE mindset: debugging complex systems and root cause analysis (and automation)\n
Expertise in scripting or programming language (PowerShell or Python)\n
Proven experience in implementing and managing container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker; familiarity with ArgoCD and Helm\n
Experience with other Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Fabric\n
Demonstrated experience working with CI/CD pipelines integrated with a Git strategy (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, BitBucket Pipelines, etc)\n
Familiarity with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR API) and Azure Health Data Services (AHDS)\n
Experience leveraging agile methodology (i.e., Scrumban) to manage project work\n
Extremely good at communication and comfortable with high level of transparency\n
Bonus: Familiarity with other CNCF projects such as Dapr, Flux, and KEDA\n
