About the role
- Support team leaders developing staff schedules, collecting staff performance and customer data
- Reviewing and analyzing relevant data to identify opportunities
- Preparing workforce analysis reports for company leadership
- Monitor clinical resources and workloads in real-time for performance guarantee targets
- Forecast weekly and daily workloads to determine staffing needs
- Work closely with clinical teams on optimization of Workforce Engagement tools
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of WFM reporting for performance reporting
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent years of work experience
- 2 years of Workforce Planning (WFM) experience in Healthcare Compliance, preferably Utilization Review
- 5 years of Clinical or Workforce Planning experience
- Experience with Genesys Cloud platform
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets, ACD reporting, forecasting methodologies and tools
- Experience with SQL and Advanced Excel is preferred
- Ability to work with different teams in the organization to meet filing requirements and timelines
