About the role
- Partner with Business Development, Implementations, and Analytics to develop a client onboarding roadmap
- Accountable for the project management of all analytical needs throughout the client implementation process
- Develop and implement a client readiness strategy
- Key Liaison between the Client and internal Analytics/IT for data acquisition
- Analyze impact of deviations from original underwriting and make recommendations
- Onboard and Train Client Analytics Staff on newly implemented clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a healthcare focus or a quantitative major
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
- Experience with managing client implementation projects from end to end
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced or higher proficiency in SQL or SAS
- Moderate Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies
- Knowledge of health insurance financial business cycle
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
