About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage SAP CPQ and enterprise IT projects from initiation through closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Coordinate internal teams, business users, SAP consultants, and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder communications.
Track project performance using key metrics and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
Manage change requests, scope modifications, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure successful delivery of SAP CPQ implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and delivery standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10–18 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects
Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management capabilities
Experience managing distributed and remote teams across multiple geographies
Hands-on experience delivering SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) projects
Understanding of SAP CPQ implementation, configuration, integrations, and business processes
Experience coordinating with SAP functional and technical teams
Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Configure-Price-Quote business processes
Familiarity with SAP ecosystem integrations and enterprise application landscapes
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
