About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and maintain recruitment platform modules, including: Workflows and approval processes, Forms, fields, and templates, User roles, permissions, and security settings, Dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Platform Teams, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Manage system enhancements, change requests, and platform updates.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, process maps, and user documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience working with recruitment technology platforms.
- Hands-on configuration experience with: Avature (preferred), OR Other SaaS-based recruitment systems such as Workday Recruiting, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Taleo, etc.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
