About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder
- Develop and maintain automations using Automation Studio
- Create and manage Email Studio assets, Data Extensions, and audience segmentation
- Write and optimize AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL queries for personalization and automation
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms using REST and SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, CRM, and technical stakeholders
- Ensure campaign performance, data accuracy, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaigns, integrations, and automations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Next is highly preferred
- Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions
- Knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL
- Experience with REST & SOAP APIs
- Good understanding of audience segmentation, campaign automation, and customer journey orchestration
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
