About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Australia payroll or US Payroll
Perform pre-payroll validation, payroll execution, and post-payroll reconciliation
Handle retro calculations, off-cycle payments, and payroll adjustments
Ensure accurate tax calculations, statutory compliance, and filings
Support data migration, payroll balance validation, and YTD reconciliation

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–9 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll
Strong hands-on experience with Australia Payroll configuration and processing
Good understanding of statutory compliance and payroll regulations in Australia
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
