About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage end-to-end reliability, availability, and performance of the website
Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure
Work closely with development teams to ensure high system uptime and performance optimization
Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows
Ensure best practices in CI/CD, security, and system reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+yrs of experience
Lead-level experience working as an independent contributor
Strong expertise in Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
Experience in WordPress development and deployment
Strong background as a Developer, now transitioned into DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineer
Experience working with product-based companies or large MNCs
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems
