About the role

  • Lead SAP Security design, implementation, and support activities across SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BI/BOBJ, IBP, and GRC environments.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations.
  • Perform user account management, troubleshooting, and security issue resolution across SAP systems.
  • Implement SAP Security best practices aligned with SOX compliance and change management controls.
  • Manage transport of SAP security roles and ensure proper testing prior to production deployment.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP GRC implementations including Go-Live and Cutover activities.
  • Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (10.1 / 12.0) modules.
  • Handle GRC User Access Reviews (UAR), Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews, and audit support activities.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in SAP Security & GRC
  • Strong hands-on experience with: SAP ECC & S/4 HANA Security
  • SAP Fiori Security
  • SAP GRC Access Control (10.1 / 12.0)
  • SAP BI/BOBJ & IBP Security
  • Extensive experience in role design, authorization concepts, and security troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance, SoD risk analysis, and audit processes.
  • Experience in rule set maintenance and risk remediation.
  • Ability to lead client engagements and manage delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
