About the role
- Design, develop, and customize solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) to support telecom and communications business processes.
- Build and maintain OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Configure and extend Product Catalog, Pricing, and Promotions for communications use cases.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components as needed.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (BSS/OSS, billing, order management, APIs) using REST/SOAP and middleware tools.
- Support order capture, order decomposition, and fulfillment workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as required.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
- Strong experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Solid understanding of telecom/communications domain concepts (products, pricing, orders, billing).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
