About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Reframe work.
  • Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and best-practice implementations.
  • Develop complex workflows involving UI automation, OCR, Document Understanding, and AI-based solutions.
  • Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator, including robots, queues, assets, credentials, triggers, and monitoring.
  • Deploy and support attended and unattended robots in production environments.
  • Integrate UiPath automations with APIs, REST services, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust, long-term solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers; provide technical leadership across projects.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and RPA governance standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development and implementation experience.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale RPA solutions.
  • Strong leadership experience in mentoring teams and managing complex automation projects.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect certification (preferred; must be obtained within 12 months if not currently held).
