About the role
- Analyze business processes using Celonis Process Mining tools
- Design and optimize PQL queries to extract actionable insights
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines within Celonis
- Create and customize dashboards and visualizations using Celonis UI
- Work with Process & Case Explorer to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights
Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Hands-on experience with PQL (Process Query Language) for process mining in Celonis
- Experience working with ETL components in Celonis
- Practical exposure to Celonis UI , including dashboards and analysis views
- Strong understanding of Process Mining concepts
- Hands-on experience with Process Explorer and Case Explorer in Celonis
