About the role

  • Take ownership of SAP SD implementation and support deliverables
  • Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
  • Configure SAP SD modules including Sales documents, Pricing and taxation, Localization and e-Invoicing
  • Handle L2/L3 production support, hyper-care activities, and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Manage and support integrations with PS / Professional Services
  • Support testing cycles including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
  • Conduct end-user training and provide post go-live support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience
  • Minimum one end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes and configurations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • SAP SD Certification preferred
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
