About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Your mission – where your creativity is needed: Content Creation: You produce engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and visuals on-site with us.
Storytelling: You capture the vibe of our teams, our equipment and our products (X-PLORE & TimberNex).
Editorial planning: You help keep the content calendar structured and maintain active channels.
Community Management: You monitor interactions and help grow the community around our brands.
Paid Advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok): You support the conception, setup and management of paid campaigns. You help optimize creatives specifically for performance ads.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Social media native: You know current trends on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn and understand how content must be structured to generate clicks.
Hands-on & on-site: You’re happy to come to Kayhude regularly to produce creatives together with the team.
First experience with paid ads: You’ve had initial contact with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or TikTok Ads and understand the basics of targeting and campaign structures.
Equipment & tools: You’re confident using a smartphone for photo/video and ideally have first-hand experience with common editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud).
Doer mentality: You’re proactive, have your own ideas and aren’t afraid to film out in the field at offroad events.
Language: You can write confidently and error-free in German.
