About the role

  • Develop custom plugins in C# (.NET), command bar customizations, and rich UI components using React/TypeScript/Fluent UI/vite/etc.
  • Build and optimize Model-driven and Canvas apps, complex Power Automate flows, and robust Dataverse schemas.
  • Design secure and scalable solutions and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
  • Plan and implement integrations with external systems using Microsoft stack and ConnXio.
  • Use Visual Studio / VS Code, XrmToolBox, Plugin Registration Tool, Fiddler/Postman, FakeXrmEasy, jest, etc.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with the Power Platform ecosystem, Dataverse and Power Platform Solution management.
  • Strong architectural thinking around data models, environments, and performance.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent English communication skills: English is our working language, and a high level of fluency, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Bonus skills: Power BI and/or platform licensing knowledge.
